Job summary

The Ideal Tridon Group seeks a Division Controller for the Support Systems division, based in Auburn Hills, MI. You will oversee financial operations across CA, FL, NJ, TN, and MI plants, drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and lead a finance team to deliver accurate, timely statements.

You’ll implement controls, analyze profitability, coordinate payroll and treasury, and support audits and SOX, shaping cost-saving initiatives to bolster division profitability.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Seven to ten years of cost and financial accounting, forecasting and analysis in manufacturing.
• MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or manager role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for the Support Systems Division across multiple locations.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for plants CA, FL, NJ, TN, MI.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.
• Own sales and gross margin reporting and analysis for the division.
• Lead treasury activities including cash flow forecasting and intercompany payments.
• Oversee payroll processing and 401K remits for all locations.
• Support SOX compliance and monthly close processes; lead audits.
