Job summary

The Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a Division Controller for our Support Systems – Wesanco ZSi, based in Auburn Hills, MI. This role will oversee financial operations across multiple locations within the Support Division, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You will lead the finance team, ensure internal controls, analyze data for strategic decisions, own sales and gross margin reporting, manage A/P and treasury activities, and coordinate audits, SOX, and tax filings. Travel approx.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 7–10 years of cost and financial accounting, forecasting and analysis in manufacturing preferred.
• MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for the Support Systems Division.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across plant locations.
• Maintain internal controls and asset safeguarding.
• Lead payroll processing and HR inputs through ADP.
• Prepare monthly divisional financial statements for senior management.
• Lead finance teams and drive cost savings and profitability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audits, and tax filings.
• Support inventory optimization and cost variance analysis.
