Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in corporate and manufacturing accounting.
• Highest integrity, focus on customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and people productivity.

Responsibilities

• Continually reviews division accounting requirements and directs system installation.
• Prepares monthly financial statements and analyzes variances to objectives.
• Oversees financial performance measurements and timely reporting.
• Maintains strong internal controls and proper procedures.
• Ensures GAAP compliance and statutory reporting.
• Leads talent management and development for the accounting team.
