Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 2–5 years financial accounting or public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills (Word, Outlook) required with proficiency in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Grow financial performance through analysis of results, forecasts, variances and trends.
• Support upper management with understanding of the financial state of the business unit.
• Prepare monthly cost analyses including payroll, materials, equipment, and subcontractor billings.
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking.
• Create revenue and forecast models to support financial decisions.
• Present financial metrics and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee purchasing within the division and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate reporting.
