• Board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology is required.

Responsabilités

• Design protocols to optimize pediatric anesthesia for surgical and interventional procedures with high quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, surgeons, and proceduralists to ensure optimal workflow across locations.
• Develop and maintain a robust pediatric sedation service in coordination with other departments.
• Address quality issues related to pediatric anesthesia and participate in safety initiatives.
• Lead division meetings and participate in faculty development and mentorship programs.
• Promote the academic mission and ensure representation at national subspecialty meetings.
