Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent medical degree; board eligibility or ABA certification.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency.
• Completion of a Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship by the anticipated start date.
• ABA certification or board eligibility.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership as Division Chief and guide faculty recruitment, program growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee pediatric perioperative care, education, research, and faculty development within a collaborative academic environment.
• Maintain an active clinical practice across the full spectrum of pediatric care.
• Foster collaboration, inclusion and academic achievement within UNC Health and UNC School of Medicine.
