Job summary

Penn State Health is recruiting for the role of Division Chief of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA.

You will lead a team of seven Interventional Radiologists and ten Physician Assistants to advance the academic mission and collaborate across the Penn State Health system. The position requires board certification/eligibility in Vascular and Interventional Radiology, an MD/DO or foreign equivalent, ACGME residency and fellowship,

Qualifications

• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent required.
• Residency and Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology (ACGME-accredited).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology.
• Academic rank of Associate Professor or higher.
• PA license in Pennsylvania required before start.
• Commitment to patient care, education, and scholarly activity.
• Community and academic IR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7 Interventional Radiologists and 10 Physician Assistants to grow the academic mission.
• Collaborate with community division leaders to integrate IR services across Penn State Health.
• Support the IR/DR residency program and medical student education.
• Contribute to research and scholarly activity within the division.
