Penn State Health is recruiting for Division Chief of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology at Hershey, PA. You will lead a large IR team and drive the academic mission while collaborating across the health system.

The role requires board certification/eligibility, extensive IR experience, and an academic rank of Associate Professor or higher. A PA license in PA and a commitment to education and research are essential.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
• MD/DO or foreign equivalent required.
• Completion of ACGME-accredited IR residency and IR fellowship; CAQ in Vascular IR is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology.
• Academic rank of Associate Professor or higher required or currently held.
• Pennsylvania medical license before start.
• Strong commitment to patient care, education and research.

Responsabilités

• Lead the division of Interventional Radiology (7 IRs, 10 PAs) to advance the academic mission.
• Collaborate with community practice leaders to integrate IR services across Penn State Health.
• Oversee IR training activities and the IR/DR residency program.
• Provide a broad spectrum of interventional procedures and oncologic interventions.
• Support liver transplant, surgical oncology, trauma and stroke programs and related interventions.
