Qualifications

Earned doctorate in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, I/O Psychology or a related program from an AACSB accredited or R1 institution.
Demonstrated commitment to collaborative leadership and the ability to foster a collegial, student-centered academic environment.
Track record of excellence in teaching (including online) and a sustained research agenda.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise the faculty in the Division and evaluate performance in consultation with the Dean.
Lead curriculum development, program reviews, accreditation, and assessment efforts.
Manage budgets and resources; oversee staff and student assistants; recruit and supervise division personnel.
Lead scheduling of courses and strategic planning to align with college and university goals.
