Job summary

Reporting to the Division Chief with oversight from the Senior Administrative Director, this leader drives budget planning, workforce development, and program growth across a diverse team in Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related area.
• Eight years of progressively responsible management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial stewardship, and program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and financial oversight for the division.
• Lead budget development and financial forecasting.
• Foster collaboration among faculty, APCs, trainees, and staff.
• Oversee clinical, research, and educational programs across nephrology and hypertension.
