Job summary

The role partners with faculty and leadership to advance program growth, budget stewardship, and administrative excellence across a diverse workforce. Hybrid arrangements may be considered after the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration; eight years of progressively more responsible management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, human relations and effective communications skills.
• Patient-sensitive role requiring immunization and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives to advance clinical, research, and educational missions.
• Develop and manage division budgets; conduct financial analyses and forecasting.
• Represent division on departmental and health system committees; liaise with stakeholders.
• Oversee HR, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, risk management, and program evaluation.
