Precision Walls is seeking a Division 10 Project Manager to lead and oversee Division 10 Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails projects. You will manage planning, coordination, and execution with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.

Responsibilities include analyzing blueprints, coordinating submittals, procuring materials, and maintaining strong client relations while driving on-time completion and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2-3 years in the trade.
• Detail oriented with an accounting mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural blueprints and specs for Division 10 specialties.
• Ensure understanding of project requirements and design intent.
• Coordinate submittals for specialty products.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials.

Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Division 10 Project Manager to join our team Are you looking for a work environment you can be challenged and thrive in all while working with amazing team members we consider family Precision Walls is seeking top talent in the construction industry that is eager to learn enthusiastic and always up for an exciting new challenge As a Division 10 Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning coordination and execution of projects related to Division 10 Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails within the construction industry This role requires a comprehensive understanding of construction processes materials and building codes specifically focusing on items such as specialty equipment furnishings and accessories within a construction project

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Thoroughly analyze and interpret architectural blueprints and specifications related to Division 10 specialties
• Ensure accurate understanding of project requirements and compliance with design intent
• Facilitate the timely preparation and submission of submittals for specialty products
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure high quality materials in accordance with project specifications
• Collaborate with the estimating team to establish budgets for specialty projects
• Monitor project expenses and costs ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
• Work closely with superintendents to determine project staffing requirements
• Coordinate the allocation of resources and workforce to efficiently execute specialty projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring timely delivery and completion of specialty work
• Coordinate with customers subcontractors and internal teams to optimize project timelines
• Regularly engage with customers to provide project updates and address any concerns
• Conduct professional presentations to communicate project progress milestones and achievements
• Foster positive customer relationships through occasional entertainment events such as dinners or outings to enhance customer satisfaction
• Perform all other duties as assigned
