Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC presents a confidential Division 10 Project Manager opportunity in Charleston, SC. The client is a growing specialty contractor focused on Division 10 (Specialties) work, offering stability and clear path for career advancement.

The PM will prepare cost estimates, review specifications, develop takeoffs, coordinate with vendors, and support pre-construction efforts while maintaining vendor relationships to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Division 10/12 projects in a commercial setting.
• Strong understanding of construction processes specific to Division 10.
• Proficient in estimating software and computer applications.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates.
• Review project specifications and drawings for accuracy.
• Develop material and labor takeoffs with precision.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.
