Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. seeks a Division 10 Project Engineer to join our team and support the Project Manager on large drywall projects.

You will be responsible for on-site coordination, quality control, contract management, and reading blueprints to ensure the project stays on track. Ideal candidates will have a commercial drywall construction background, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Commercial drywall construction background.
• Strong communication skills (in-person, verbal, and written).
• Team-oriented with growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist a Project Manager on large jobs.
• Coordinate on-site, quality control and all contract management aspects.
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Review contracts and keep the project on target.
• Labor and material management.
• Order and track materials.
• Assist in interpreting and submitting RFI(s) and changes to drawings/specifications.
• Assist in developing submittal packages per contract specifications.
• Assist in takeoffs and establish budgets.
• Monitor and maintain project schedule to meet deadlines.
• Support day-to-day field needs to maximize production.
• Other duties as assigned.
