Job summary

Precision Walls is seeking a Division 10/12 Project Manager to oversee projects in Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) and Division 12 (Roller Shade Blinds). You will manage blueprints, coordinate submittals, and work with suppliers, estimators, and superintendents to meet budget and schedule targets.

The role requires 2–3 years in the trade, strong organizational skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret architectural blueprints for Division 10/12 specialties.
• Ensure understanding of project requirements and design intent.
• Coordinate submittals for specialty products and assist with budgets.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and the estimating team on materials and costs.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and allocate resources.
• Provide regular progress updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to address questions and foster relationships.

As a Division 10 & 12 Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) and Division 12 (Roller Shade Blinds) within the construction industry. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes, specifically focusing on items such as specialty equipment, furnishings, and accessories within a construction project.

• Thoroughly analyze and interpret architectural blueprints and specifications related to Division 10/12 specialties.
• Ensure accurate understanding of project requirements and compliance with design intent.
• Facilitate the timely preparation and submission of submittals for specialty products.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality materials in accordance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to establish budgets for specialty projects.
• Monitor project expenses and costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Work closely with superintendents to determine project staffing requirements.
• Coordinate the allocation of resources and workforce to efficiently execute specialty projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and completion of specialty work.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimize project timelines.
• Regularly engage with customers to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Conduct professional presentations to communicate project progress, milestones, and achievements.
• Foster positive customer relationships through occasional entertainment events, such as dinners, or outings, to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Experience:

• At least 2-3 year’s experience in the trade.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
