Job summary

Precision Walls is seeking an experienced Division 1012 Foreman for commercial work in Nashville. You will lead installers on site, ensure quality bathroom partitions and accessories installations, and coordinate with GC and other subcontractors.

A strong safety mindset and 3+ years of foreman experience are required, with bilingual skills a plus. We value teamwork and commitment to trade knowledge, with excellent communication and the ability to work independently on job sites as part of a

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in division 1012 foreman role.
• Experience with scaffolding and ladders safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install bathroom partitions and accessories per plans.
• Measure and mark surfaces for hanging work per blueprints.
• Inspect wall surfaces for defects and ensure quality installation.
• Oversee junior installers and laborers on site.
• Coordinate with general contractor and subcontractors.
• Instruct and ensure a quality installation; resolve site conflicts.

As one of the nation's premier wall and ceiling specialty contractors Precision Walls Inc PWI offers you an opportunity to join our team Make a difference and promote the progress of construction We are seeking experienced Division 1012 Foreman in commercial work which includes but not limited to toilet partition toilet accessories fire extinguisher cabinets visual displays wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand how to install bathroom partitions and accessoriesExperience with all types and ranges of commercial Items
• Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings
• Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections
• Ability to work independently on jobsites
• Oversee less experienced installerslaborers
• Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations
• Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation
• IdentifyResolve conflicts in site specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform
• Has the experience to be safe with baker scaffolding and ladders
• Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence
• Compliant with safety procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction
• Dependable Transportation
• Blinds and electronic blinds experience
• Bilingual is a plus EnglishSpanish
