Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Division 10/12 Foreman for commercial projects. You will supervise installers, coordinate with the general contractor, and ensure high-quality installation of partitions, accessories, and related wall services on site.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong safety practices, and the ability to lead a team. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; a pre-employment background and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Division 10/12 work or similar.
• Ability to lead a crew and coordinate with general contractor teams.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and site protocol.

Responsibilities

• Install bathroom partitions and accessories per plans.
• Oversee installers and ensure quality workmanship.
• Measure and mark surfaces per blueprints and drawings.
• Inspect wall surfaces for imperfections.
• Coordinate with GC and other subs on project expectations.
• Instruct and inspect to ensure a quality installation.
• Identify and resolve site-specific issues before they block progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As one of the nation's premier wall and ceiling specialty contractors, Precision Walls, Inc. (PWI) offers you an opportunity to join our team. Make a difference and promote the progress of construction! We are seeking experienced Division 10/12 Foreman in commercial work which includes but not limited to toilet partition, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher/ cabinets, visual displays, wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories.
• Experience with all types and ranges of commercial Items.
• Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings.
• Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections.
• Ability to work independently on jobsites.
• Oversee less experienced installers/laborers.
• Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations.
• Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation.
• Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Experience:

• Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
• Has the experience to be safe with baker scaffolding, and ladders.
• Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence.
• Compliant with safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction.
• Dependable Transportation.
• Blinds and electronic blinds experience.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
