Qualifications

• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Be able to operate a PC with standard business software; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Possess a Secret Security Clearance.
• Navy Dive School certified (NEC 5342 / MDV1 or higher).
• Minimum five years’ experience as a certified 5342/MDV1 diver.
• Qualified in Maintenance & Material Management (3M) maintenance, QA, and Work Center Supervisor.
• Qualified per NAVEDTRA 43910-H.
• Factory trained for diving equipment; DLSS REC Supervisor; Oxygen Clean System Worker.
• Minimum of three years NSW experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists Work Center Supervisor in the Dive Department and reports to LCPO.
• Forecasts ordering of maintenance parts and equipment with inventory management.
• Manages equipment parts and consumables for Diver Life Support Equipment and related gear.
• Familiar with GCPC, Mil-Strip, Contracts, and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA).
• Processes gear receipts, sustains, and procurement drafts for review and approval.
• Tracks budgets (MFP2/MFP11), requisition status, and inventories.
• Maintains Authorized Users List (AUL) and SDS library for hazardous materials.
• Performs preventative and corrective maintenance per 3M for diving gear and DLSS equipment.
