People Technology And Processes in Virginia Beach seeks a Dive Operations Supply Analyst/ Dive Maintenance Tech, 3M Work Center Supervisor Qualified. The role supports the Diving Department’s Life Support Equipment and related gear to ensure mission readiness.

The candidate will manage parts, requisitions, and maintenance tasks, maintain SDS, and ensure compliance with NAVEDTRA 43910-H and 3M qualifications while coordinating with supervisors and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must hold SECRET clearance.
• Navy Dive School NEC 5342/MDV1 or higher.
• Minimum five years’ experience as a certified 5342/MDV1 diver.
• Maintenance & Material Management (3M) qualifications.
• 3M Work Center Supervisor qualification.
• NAVEDTRA 43910-H qualification.
• DLSS equipment and NSW experience.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts ordering of parts and equipment with inventory management.
• Assists Work Center Supervisor with equipment parts and consumables management.
• Understand GCPC, Mil-Strip, Contracts and BPA processes.
• Process initial gear receipt and procurement documentation.
• Track budgets, requisition status and inventories.
• Maintain Authorized Users List of hazardous materials and SDS library.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance per 3M instructions.
