Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Diving Operations Supply Analyst / Diving Maintenance Technician to support a Dive Department, report to the LCPO, and manage dive equipment and parts. Responsibilities include forecasting parts, maintaining inventories, and handling hazardous materials per safety and NAVEDTRA standards.

The role requires a Secret clearance, Navy Dive School certification, and 5+ years as a certified diver, with 3M maintenance qualifications and NSW experience.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid states driver’s license.
• Be able to operate a PC with standard business software; proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
• Possess a Secret Security Clearance
• Navy Dive School certified (NEC 5342 / MDV1 or higher)
• Minimum five years’ experience as a certified 5342/MDV1 diver.
• Qualification as a 3M Maintenance Person, 3M QA Craftsman, and 3M Work Center Supervisor.
• Qualified in accordance with NAVEDTRA 43910-H
• Possess factory trained certification for diving equipment; DLSS REC Supervisor; Oxygen Clean System Worker.
• Minimum of Three years NSW experience.

Responsibilities

• Dive supply analyst assists Work Center Supervisor and reports to LOGSU- 2’s Dive Department Leading Chief Petty Officer (LCPO).
• Forecasts ordering of necessary maintenance parts and equipment with inventory management.
• Assists with management of equipment parts and consumables for Diver Life Support Equipment and ancillary equipment.
• Uses logistics and requisition procedures including GCPC, Mil-Strip, Contracts, BPA.
• Process and manage initial gear receipt, sustainment, and operational consumables; drafts and submits supply documents for review.
• Tracks budgets, requisition status, and parts inventories.
• Maintains Authorized Users List (AUL) of hazardous materials and a SDS library for handling/storage.
• Conducts preventative and corrective maintenance scheduled in 3M for diving items and related equipment.
