Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Dallas is seeking a Licensed Program Therapist to support the Diversion Program for justice-involved individuals. The role involves assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and discharge planning under the Director of Clinical Services.

Qualifications include a Texas license (LPC/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT or equivalents) and a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related behavioral health field.
  • Current Texas license or associate license (LPC, LPC Associate, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT Associate).
  • Minimum one year of behavioral health experience.
  • Experience conducting mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and individual/group therapy.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mental health assessments, crisis intervention, individual therapy, and group counseling.
  • Develop and implement diagnostic assessments and treatment plans; manage caseloads.
  • Coordinate discharge planning and community reintegration for Diversion Program participants.
