Sewickley Valley YMCA is seeking a Diverse Abilities Swim Instructor to provide direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for swimming students with diverse abilities.
You will teach according to YMCA standards, maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment, and help swimmers gain confidence, safety, and skills in the water. This position requires working with children with special needs and offers a $15/hour starting wage with a free YMCA membership while employed.

All positions require the ability to obtain PA State Police, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Fingerprint and National Sex Offenders Registry Clearances. If you do not have current clearances the Y will help you obtain them. Free clearances are based on a six-month retention.
