Job summary

A local educational institution is seeking a well-qualified Dive Coach & Diving Development Coordinator to instruct high school and middle school divers. This role involves providing coaching for seasonal programs and developing community initiatives to grow diving. Prior coaching experience is required, and opportunities for additional earning through individual lessons and camps are available. Qualifications

Dive Coach & Diving Development Coordinator

Brighton Area Schools is seeking a well-qualified and motivated person(s) to provide instruction to divers in our high school girls program (fall), high school boys (winter), and middle school (winter/early spring) as well as building programs to grow diving via our community education program.

• Provide instruction to divers in the high school boys program (winter).
• Provide instruction to divers in the middle school program (winter/early spring).
• Develop and grow diving through building programs and community education initiatives.

• Degree/Certification and/or experience in K-12 education are preferred but not required.

Compensation & Opportunities

• Coaching stipends are available for coaching the girls, boys, and middle school divers.
• Opportunities exist to start a diving club and/or run individual lessons, group lessons, camps, and clinics as additional earning opportunities as negotiated with the district.
