Goliath Construction Consulting is seeking a Division Manager for Mission Critical & Industrial leadership. The role oversees a portfolio of large electrical construction projects across the Southeast U.S.

with remote work and travel requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership in electrical construction, manages multiple complex projects, and drives financial performance including budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in electrical construction.
• Proven track record managing large-scale industrial, data center, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading multiple projects across geographic markets.
• P&L, forecasting and project financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the division and its portfolio of large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Lead Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents and teams across locations.
• Own project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, profitability.
• Partner with estimating/preconstruction to develop strategies and ensure successful turnover.
• Establish standards for scheduling, manpower planning, procurement, safety and quality.
• Develop relationships with general contractors, owners, developers and key clients.
• Recruit and mentor leaders to support growth.
• Provide executive reporting on performance, staffing, risks, forecasts, and strategy.
