Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals in daily lessons.
• Consult with classroom staff, parents, and students to coordinate services.
• Coordinate materials, aids, and equipment for VI students.
• Instruct and develop skills per IEP, monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate on IEP development, attend IEP meetings and staff gatherings.
• Conduct functional vision assessments and document findings.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions based on RTI progress.
• Use technology to enhance learning and communicate effectively.
• Plan and supervise aides/assistants; maintain productive classroom environment.
