Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Irrigation Systems Oversight: Monitor and oversee irrigation systems at all district campuses and facilities to ensure proper operation.
• Maintenance Planning and Vendor Coordination: Develop preventive maintenance and inspection schedules; coordinate repairs with third-party contractors and vendors; verify completed work.
• Records and Communication: Maintain accurate records of system audits, deficiencies, repairs, vendor service, and recurring maintenance needs.
