Job summary

Hardin County Schools is seeking a Districtwide Instructor III to support multiple schools within the district. The position is full-time (187 days) per school year and may be assigned to different schools as needed to fill in for teachers.

The Instructor III role provides leadership, conducts assessments, and delivers instruction with limited supervision, coordinating with district staff to implement educational programs across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years successful teaching experience at the Instructor I level.
• Understanding of basic instructional methods and learning theory.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing education programs with assessments, evaluations and instruction.
• Provide instruction and learning materials; evaluate student progress.
• Plan parent and child interactions and activities; promote involvement.
