Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Administrator's Certification preferred.
• Previous successful experience as a teacher and administrator, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide district-level leadership for teaching, learning, curriculum, assessment, and instructional improvement across the district.
• Collaborate with teachers, instructional coaches, building administrators, and district leadership to strengthen instructional practices and support professional learning.
• Analyze student learning data and ensure a cohesive, high-quality educational experience for all students.
• Translate district goals into meaningful instructional practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Bring strong instructional expertise, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a commitment to the growth of Pella Community Schools.
