• Conduct tutoring sessions in mathematics; strong math background mandatory.
• Lead mini-lessons in writing and study skills; support college preparation.
• Set high expectations and model personal excellence for students.
• Assist students with writing processes from brainstorming to editing.
• Communicate progress and concerns with the coordinator/teacher.
