Job summary

Williamsville Central School District is seeking two Maintenance Mechanics for district-wide assignments on a 3rd shift. 40 hours/week, with immediate starting date and a CDL preferred.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing skilled trades, and maintaining school facilities across the district. The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and multiple years of experience in building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of building/service trades experience accepted in lieu of formal education.
• Valid NYS Class D driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades.
• Inspect, install and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry systems.
• Read plans/diagrams; estimate materials; operate hand and power tools.
