Qualifications

• Master's or higher degree in a related field and experience in business process review in ERP environments.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations governing financial aid.
• Experience with PeopleSoft financial aid systems.
• Ability to train staff and develop procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Routinely audits financial aid data and system functionality.
• Consults with users to define operations and access levels.
• Develops requirements/specifications for system enhancements.
• Documents processes and communicates changes district-wide.
• Coordinates testing and implements configuration changes.
• Trains staff and mentors user-testers on PeopleSoft modules.
• Acts as liaison with IT and audits.
