Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma, five years of custodial experience, a health clearance, and a valid Black Seal/Boiler's license. Salary ranges from $38,000 to $41,600 based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Five years related experience as determined by pertinent administrative personnel.
• Acceptable statement of health rendered by licensed physician with no medical restrictions on manual labor.
• Black Seal/Boiler's license required.

Aufgaben

• Care for school buildings and furnishings. Responsible for cleaning and routine maintenance duties in school, auxiliary buildings and yard.
• Vacuum, mop, sweep and/or scrub floors, halls and stairs. Empty trash containers and clean all glass surfaces - interior and exterior.
• Keep all dispensers and paper holders filled. Polish furniture, clean ceilings, walls and windows.
• Clean and sanitize toilet rooms, bathroom fixtures and drinking fountains.
• Move and arrange furniture and equipment; prepare classrooms and multi-purpose rooms for events; set-up and assemble furniture and equipment for events.
