Franklin Township School District Central Office in Somerset, NJ seeks a Supervisor of Child Study Teams for the 2026-2027 school year, district-wide and based at Central Office. The role coordinates, monitors, and evaluates CST personnel and provides direct support to pupils through counseling in line with board policies.

The supervisor collaborates with building administration, assigns cases, tracks evaluations, manages budgets, inventories, and reports to the Board of Education as needed.

Qualifications

• Administrative certification as supervisor or principal (NJ).
• Master’s degree appropriate to discipline.
• Valid NJ CST-related certification (psychologist/social worker/LDT/C).
• Multi-year CST experience with supervisory exposure.
• Three consecutive satisfactory annual performance reviews.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and evaluate CST staff and support staff per district policy.
• Assign cases and monitor evaluations within mandated timelines.
• Oversee budget development and district-wide budget maintenance.
• Maintain up-to-date inventories of equipment and supplies.
• Attend Board of Education meetings and report as directed.
• Collaborate with building administration to support improvement goals.
