• Strong classroom management skills and ability to establish clear expectations for student behavior and engagement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, administrators, teachers, support staff, and families.
• Ability to follow established instructional plans, school procedures, and District expectations.
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to respond effectively to changing assignments and classroom situations.
• Commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Demonstrated dependability, punctuality, and commitment to consistent attendance.
• Current required background clearances.
