Job summary

Young World Physical Education is seeking a Special Education and Student Services Program Director for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves developing individualized interventions and monitoring ABA programming for students K0-12+. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification.

Responsibilities include supervising ABA Specialists, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with educational staff to ensure successful interventions. Excellent communication and experience with Special Education Law are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience developing and supervising ABA intervention programs.
• Proven experience in supervising direct service providers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Special Education Law and IEP process.

Responsibilities

• Developing and monitoring individualized interventions for behavior reduction.
• Supervising ABA Specialists and evaluating job performance.
• Conducting professional development training for staff.
