Job summary

Bonneville County seeks a District Treatment Court Coordinator in Idaho to plan, direct, and coordinate treatment court programs under state guidelines. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in social sciences or criminology and five years of progressively responsible experience, including two years in supervision.

Starting salary ranges from $60,000 to $72,000 depending on experience, with full benefits and a 40-hour work week. Applications accepted until November 16, 2026 or until filled.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, criminology or related area.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience performing above or similar duties; two (2) years in a supervisory or lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and direct operations of assigned treatment court programs.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and requirements of the Treatment Court(s) in compliance with statewide guidelines and best practices.
• Coordinate the application and admission process for prospective participants and maintain accurate participant files and case management information.
• Attend treatment court team staffing meetings and hearings and provide information regarding participant progress.
• Coordinate treatment services and community resources, including substance use disorder treatment, mental health treatment, housing and recovery support services.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with treatment providers, probation departments, court personnel, judges and law enforcement.
• Collect, compile, and evaluate information for required reports to the Idaho Supreme Court and program effectiveness.
• Oversee participant drug testing, treatment authorizations, and related program services.
• Monitor treatment court budgets, participant fee collection, grants, expenditures and reporting.
• Identify training needs and support the local steering committee.
