Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction projects in District 5 to ensure compliance with policies, plans, specifications and contract requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, technical support and mentoring to engineering staff.
• Represent the district in meetings with officials, utilities, contractors and the public to address construction activities and issues.
• Review invoices, change orders, submittals and safety conditions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and support emergency response activities as needed.
