Job summary

Lakota Local School District is seeking District Translators to provide translation services for meetings, student testing, and school communications. This role supports a large, dynamic educational community and requires strong bilingual skills and reliability.

Work hours vary with school needs; as needed hours, compensation at $40.00 per hour, with preference for availability during school hours.

Qualifications

• Speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in both English and the language needed for translation, including using academic vocabulary.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass an FBI and BCII criminal background check.
• Preference for availability during school hours.
