Job summary

Lakota Local School District is seeking a District Translator to support multilingual communication with families and staff. The role covers in-person and phone translation at meetings and for student testing.

You will translate school communications and ensure accurate use of academic vocabulary. Hours vary, with preference for availability during school hours; pay is $40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and target language with academic vocabulary.

• Ability to pass FBI and BCII background checks.

Working Conditions

As needed, hours vary based on need. Current rate of pay is $40.00 per hour.
