Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Kapolei is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to help optimize pharmacy operations across our stores. You will cover scheduling gaps, supervise team members, support immunizations, and ensure safe dispensing and patient care.

This full-time, on-site role requires a valid pharmacist license, strong communication, and a commitment to quality and compliance. Travel across the district may be required to support markets and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps as scheduled by the District Performance Coordinator.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Act as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts without overlap.
• Deliver immunizations and coach technicians to immunize where permissible.
• Assist with inventory management and protect cold chain integrity.
