Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day operations and act as proxy when needed.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and proper workflow.
• Support patient care by immunizing and advising patients and coordinating with the pharmacy team.
• Maintain inventory control and protect cold chain products.
