Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Travel within district to fill pharmacist shifts and support scheduling.
- Assist Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader in district stores.
- Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and immunization services.
