Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district, under the Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader. You will help manage the pharmacy team, ensure safe dispensing, and support patient care across multiple locations.

The role requires travel within the district, flexibility for nights and weekends, and strong teamwork to deliver compassionate care and efficient pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Verify prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and cover duties during shifts.
• Support inventory management and maintain cold chain integrity.
