Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• Five or more years of progressive retail grocery leadership experience required; Store Director, District Manager, or multi-unit operations leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall performance for assigned stores, with accountability for people leadership, customer experience, operational excellence, merchandising execution, financial performance, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Spend 80%+ of the workweek in stores coaching, developing, and supporting Store Directors and leadership teams; inspecting execution and ensuring standards.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure stores deliver exceptional customer experience with high standards for cleanliness, in-stock conditions, and store presentation.
• Drive disciplined execution of operating standards, merchandising strategies, labor management, inventory controls, and food safety requirements.
• Analyze sales, profit and loss, labor, shrink, inventory, and customer feedback to improve business results.
