Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a recruiter to build strong tax office teams by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates and students throughout the hiring and onboarding cycle. This role ensures offices are staffed with qualified associates ready to support clients.

You will recruit Tax Associate candidates, manage engagement from application to start date, assist with interviews, and coordinate training requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually
• Experience with computer systems and technology (i.e Microsoft Office, Teams)
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system
• 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environment

Pay Range Information

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.

Pay Range

$15.00 - $65.00/Hr.
