Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is looking for a recruiter to build strong tax office teams by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates and students throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle.

You will drive engagement from application through start date and plan interviews to ensure offices are staffed with qualified associates who can support clients. You will coordinate interviews, assist with ongoing education and training, and help plan virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually.
• Experience with computer systems and technology (iCIMS, Office, Teams).
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent or higher.

About the Role

Required Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition

• Experience with computer systems and technology (i.e Microsoft Office, Teams)
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system
• 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environment
