H&R Block in South Carolina is seeking a recruiter to build strong tax office teams by recruiting, screening, and engaging candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle to ensure offices are staffed with qualified associates ready to support our clients.

You will coordinate interviews, support ongoing education and training, and plan virtual or in-person open houses and career fairs to attract talent and support client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually.
• Experience with computer systems and technology (i.e Microsoft Office, Teams).
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent or higher.

About The Role
