If you’re ready to grow your career, becoming a District Shift Leader offers a development plan toward becoming a General Manager. You’ll perform management duties at a home location, support other bakeries, and travel as needed to gain experience. Shifts start as early as 3am, involving leadership, coaching, and operational responsibilities to ensure high-quality service and safety.

The development plan includes training in inventory, vendor management, cash handling, and skills like P&L analysis, food cost, labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting. Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Requirements:

• Fill in for GMs at other locations in the market
• Accept a potential permanent GM promotion

• Flexible with hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification if not already certified
