We are looking for our next General Manager!

If you're ready to rise like our bagels and grow your career, consider becoming a District Shift Leader. This role involves participating in a targeted development plan to learn how to become a General Manager, with opportunities to take ownership of a bakery.

A day in the life of a District Shift Leader:

Manage at a home location, support other bakeries as needed, and travel to gain experience. Lead by example, support teams, and ensure high-quality food, safety, and cleanliness. Shifts start as early as 3am, and you'll be involved in various roles to support store operations.

The development plan includes training in inventory, vendor management, cash handling, P&L analysis, food and labor cost management, scheduling, and recruiting. If you enjoy making mornings special for people, we'd love to hear from you! Must be 18+ to apply.

Qualifications:

• Ready to fill in for GMs and accept a permanent promotion when available
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership experience preferred
• Flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and background check
• Complete ServSafe Certification during development if not already certified

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $11.67 - $18.67, starting pay subject to local minimum wage laws. Ranges reflect expected pay based on good faith estimates.
