The role focuses on coaching teams, improving route efficiency, and growing recurring revenue through strategic account development.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent managerial experience, a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, and DOT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent managerial experience.
• 4+ years of route management experience.
• Clean driving record and strong ethical standards.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License at the time of hire.
• Must possess a valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• Role may require covering delivery routes when needed; DOT eligibility required.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Experience developing route structures for new and expanding accounts.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict management abilities.
• Proficiency in interpreting reports and performance metrics.
• High energy with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
